the contenders systems

Allows user to develop their own unique systems, using any combination of ratings or factors. We strongly recommend punters develop their own systems, but have provided some examples below which can be sued as a guide

A system may be defined as

"An organized set of related ideas or principles."

It may be based on the following

1. Stats or form

2. A number of factors such as backing only certain type of horses

3. Common sense on a range of issues regarding speed maps, bias of past races, basing selections on video form etc

But if it is consistently returning a profit and is consistent in the way it selects its winners, its a system. Its really the punters call, he may even use a number of systems based on common sense

Most winning system have found a niche in the betting market and the rules are usually confined to a similar pattern in selection and common sense.
