Kingston Town, Makybe Diva, Manikato, and Sunline showed there champion qualities right throughout their extended careers. This and the outstanding style in which they consistantly won races,  is what separates them from the rest. The middle bracket of Champions consising of Octagonal, Jeane, Might and Power, Placid Ark, Strawberry Road, Bonecrusher and Saintly all had periods of being seemingly unbeatable. The other greats all had outstanding careers, but had shorter bursts of pure racing excellence.
